Job summary

Syndeo Staffing in Wichita, KS is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant for a direct-hire position with a cosmetic and surgical practice. You will support clinicians with clinical and administrative tasks, document patient histories, take vital signs, and manage EMRs while ensuring confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a medical office, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting; Spanish bilingual skills and MA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient vital signs and medical history.
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information in EMR.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures as needed.
• Assist physicians during minor surgical procedures.
• Remove sutures and provide post-procedure patient care.
• Operate and maintain office laboratory equipment.
• Educate patients on available products and services.
• Support product and service sales initiatives.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and healthcare regulations.
