Job summary

Rippling, Inc. in West Hollywood seeks an experienced Medical Assistant to support our nursing and physician team in a fast-paced, paperless clinic. You will assist with procedures, IV management, injections, and EKGs while helping patients check in/out and coordinating scheduling.

The role requires 3+ years of MA experience and familiarity with drChrono or similar EHR systems. This is a full-time position with health insurance and paid time off, located in West Hollywood, CA.

A thriving, paperless and unique LGBT health and wellness practice in West Hollywood is looking for a medical assistant to support the current nursing and medical provider team.

We are seeking a seasoned medical assistant with 3+ years of medical assistant experience with a demonstrated ability to manage an office. You should have experience assisting providers with procedures and visits, IV management, injections, helping patients check-in and out, perform EKG's, handle phones, schedule appointments, and more.

Please be comfortable hitting the ground running and comfortable working with multiple providers.

About the role

You'll need to quickly demonstrate understanding of our:

• EHR (drChrono--it's fine if you don't have experience in this particular EHR, but if you've encountered others, you'll pick it up quickly)
• Telephone system
• Samples and medications
• Ability to organize office and maintain office flow

Clinics are open and looking to staff primarily M-S, 8AM-8PM, with hours and days varying.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
