Job summary

USA Clinics Group seeks a Medical Assistant to support our Brookfield and Mequon clinics. You will assist physicians, manage patient interactions, and maintain a welcoming environment for all patients.

This full-time role offers a Monday-Thursday schedule (32 hours per week) with compensation ranging from $22 to $26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Health insurance, retirement plan, and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or similar.
• Experience performing vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival and ensure a comfortable experience.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist with medical procedures as directed.
• Perform administrative tasks: scheduling, verify insurance, manage patient records.
• Maintain a clean, organized medical environment; sterilize equipment.
• Educate patients on medication instructions and post-procedure care; support team as needed.

Position Summary:

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare team and ensuring a smooth workflow in our clinics. Position Details:

• Location: This position works in our Brookfield & Mequon, WI clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare examination rooms and assist with medical procedures as directed.

• Maintain a clean and organized medical environment, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and in working order.
• Educate patients on medication instructions and post-procedure care.
• Support the medical team with additional tasks as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent,required.
• 1-2 years of hands‑on clinical experienceas a Medical Assistant or in a similar direct patient care role (e.g., Medical Assistant externship, CNA, HHA, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician),required.
• Experience performing clinical duties such asvital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection,required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or currentCMA, RMA, or CCMA certification preferred.
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment,required.
