Job summary

ExperCARE in Jasper, AL seeks experienced and compassionate Medical Assistants to join a fast-paced clinic focused on exceptional patient care and teamwork. You will support providers, conduct triage, venipuncture, EKGs, and labs while maintaining clean exam rooms and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability — including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Certified or licensed (or eligible for certification/licensure).

• Prior clinical experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage, vital signs, and patient history.
• Conduct EKGs and rapid lab testing.
• Perform venipuncture and administer injections.
• Assist providers with procedures and patient care.
• Manage patient call-backs and provide education.
• Set up and assist with sterile procedures.
• Maintain and stock exam rooms and supplies.
• Support occupational medicine services (drug screens, breath alcohol testing, etc.).
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered clinic environment.
