Job summary

New England Orthopedic Surgeons (NEOS) in Springfield, MA is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. You will support providers during patient exams, record vital signs, prepare injections, and document information in the EMR, while helping with scheduling and triage to keep daily clinic flow efficient.

Be part of a physician-owned practice focused on patient mobility and recovery. Daytime, Monday–Friday hours with no nights or weekends; competitive pay and opportunities

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred).
  • 2+ years of clinical experience (orthopedic experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with EMR systems (Athena a plus) and routine clinical procedures.
  • CMA or RMA certification preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Hours: Full-time | Day Shifts | No nights or weekends


Pay Range: $20-27 an hour (based on experience)
