Job summary

Family Practice Center is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant for our Sleep Lab/Occupational Health office. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting healthcare providers in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, assisting providers, documenting records, and performing phlebotomy, injections, and EKGs. Prior MA experience is helpful but not required, and a compassionate, patient-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is important.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare examination rooms.
• Assist providers with various tasks during appointments.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records.
• Perform patient triage as needed.
• Conduct phlebotomy responsibilities as assigned.
• Administer immunizations and injections following protocols.
• Execute EKGs and other basic diagnostic testing.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the office.

We are currently seeing a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at our Sleep Lab/Occ Health office. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare providers.
