Job summary

Family Practice Center is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant for its Lancaster, Marietta Avenue office. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting healthcare providers in a busy, physician-owned practice across Central PA.

The role involves rooming patients, assisting providers, handling documentation, triage, phlebotomy, immunizations, EKGs, and other routine tasks. We value compassion, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare exam rooms.
• Assist providers with tasks as needed.
• Document and keep patient records accurate and up-to-date.
• Triage patients and assess needs.
• Perform phlebotomy.
• Administer immunizations and injections.
• Conduct EKGs and other basic tests.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at our Lancaster - Marietta Avenue office. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare providers.
