We are looking for a Bilingual Medical Assistantto join our team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless patient experience—from scheduling to post-procedure follow-ups.

What You’ll Do:
As a Medical Assistant, you will be the foundation of our patient care process—supporting our providers, prepping for clinic, and ensuring patients feel seen, heard, and supported.

Core Responsibilities:

• Room patients and take vital signs
• Review and update medication lists and medical histories
• Assist providers during patient visits and document encounters in the EMR
• Prep charts prior to clinic days for accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure all patient questions are answered before checkout
• Coordinate with the scheduler on any urgent procedures
• Set up for injections and assist with post-op needs
• Monitor and manage outgoing referrals and imaging orders
• Check voicemails and address follow-up tasks as needed
• Monitor and respond to HighLevel (CRM) texts
• Triage post-op complications and elevate appropriately

Qualifications:
