Job summary

True Precision Medical in Scottsdale is seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to deliver outpatient care alongside a collaborative physician team.

You will conduct new patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, order tests, educate patients, and participate in quality initiatives; schedule Monday–Friday, no weekends or on-call.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license required.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in outpatient settings a plus, EMR proficiency beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Perform focused physical examinations and document findings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with supervising physician.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, options, and outcomes.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
• Manage post-procedure follow-up and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement and protocol development.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered outpatient care.

• $65–70/hour, based on experience

Practice Locations

This position may provide care at any of our Valley locations:

• Scottsdale

Travel between clinic locations may be required based on provider and patient scheduling.

What You'll Do

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional outpatient care while working closely with our physicians and clinical team.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Perform focused physical examinations and document clinical findings
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physician
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes
• Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing
• Manage post-procedure follow-up and ongoing patient care
• Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient environment

What We're Looking For

• Current Arizona Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience in vascular medicine, pain management, orthopedics, interventional radiology, family medicine, urgent care, PM&R, or other outpatient specialties is a plus—but not required
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Compassionate bedside manner with a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Comfortable working with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus)
