Job summary

BASS Medical Group is seeking a Part-Time Medical Assistant in San Ramon to support front and back-office duties in a fast-paced environment. You will schedule appointments, respond to patient calls, handle insurance matters, and perform EPIC data entry with attention to accuracy.

Our San Ramon office is seeking a Part-Time Medical Assistant. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, where multi-tasking skills are key. You will have a high degree of responsibility and independence.

This position will consist of front and back-office duties including:

• Scheduling appointments
• Responding to patient calls
• Insurance knowledge
• Appointment Reminders
• Data entry into Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
• Scanning and faxing

Mandatory qualifications:

• Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills

Compensation will be based on experience.

Pay Scale/Ranges:

$23.00-$39.50/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees). *
