Small, established family practice in San Jacinto is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant who thrives on variety, jumps in wherever the team needs help, and takes pride in getting things right for our patients.

Gupta Medical Center (Ramona Medical Clinic / Patient First Physicians Group) is a family-run primary care practice serving the Hemet–San Jacinto community for over 35 years. Position Summary

Full-time Medical Assistant supporting our provider team in a busy outpatient primary care setting. You will rotate across:

• Back office / clinical: rooming patients, vitals, chief complaints, injections/vaccines, EKGs, phlebotomy, assisting with in-office procedures, and other standard MA duties within your certification and training
• Front office / admin: patient check-in/out, scheduling, phone coverage, insurance verification, prior authorizations, referral coordination, and medical records
• Team backup: stepping into whichever area needs support on any given day

Standard clinical duties fall within the scope of your MA certification — we will train you on our workflows, EMR (eClinicalWorks), and specific practice protocols.

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA) — active certification required
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain before start)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus, not required)
• Reliable transportation to San Jacinto
• Able to work Monday–Friday, standard clinic hours (typically 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Strongly Preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish — a significant portion of our patient population is Spanish-speaking
• Prior experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
• Familiarity with prior authorizations and referral workflows
