In this role, you will assist physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, ultrasound technologists, and nurses in providing exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities include recording and updating medical histories and contact information in patient files, scheduling patient appointments, and performing standard care procedures such as checking vital signs and collecting lab samples. Please note, this role requires at least one year experience as an OBGYN or Fertility Medical Assistant.Job EssentialsEnsures proper patient identification.Provide excellent customer service.Schedule appointments in our EMR.Perform data entry.Measure and record vital signs.Clean exam room while always being HIPAA compliant.Answer phone calls.Manage patient requests in our EMR.Manage faxes that are incoming and outgoing.
