Job summary

Spring Fertility is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support physicians in delivering compassionate patient care. This full-time onsite role requires early hours with rotating weekends and holidays, contributing to a fast-growing fertility practice focused on exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining vitals, performing phlebotomy, scheduling, and assisting during procedures. Education credentials include CMA/BA preferred and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
• CMA certification preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• CPT1 certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vitals to support clinician workflow.
• Assist physicians during procedures and clinic procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic and assist with scheduling.
• Support ambulatory surgery center activities during egg retrievals as needed.

Role Summary

Our Medical Assistants engage with our patients day-in and out and they are vital to the patient experience. They are caring, compassionate, and work well together as a team. They work closely with our Physicians to provide exceptional patient care.

Some day-to-day duties include:

• Rooming patients
• Obtaining vitals
• Performing phlebotomy
• Scheduling appointments
• Maintaining a clean clinic
• Assisting physicians during procedures (Saline sonograms, IUI and more!)
• Cross training opportunities for support in our Ambulatory Surgery Center during egg retrievals!

Education, Licenses, Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Certified Medical Assistant Certification preferred
• Current BLS Certification
• CPT1 certification

Employment Type

This is a full-time non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.

Compensation

The starting salary range for this role is $25-$28/hour. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
