Job summary

Advanced MedAesthetic Partners is looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to support healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma, preferably have Medical Assistant certification, and demonstrate both strong organizational and communication skills.

You will be responsible for managing patient records, scheduling, and ensuring a clean environment, in addition to educating patients about procedures and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is a plus.
• Previous experience in plastic surgery or an aesthetic setting is a plus.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Meticulous documentation of patient care.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
