Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Salt Lake City, UT clinic.

This full-time role supports our cosmetic surgery and spa team by assisting providers, preparing exam rooms, documenting patient histories, and coordinating patient flow. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma (Medical Assistant certification preferred) and strong EMR skills, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is a plus.
• Experience in plastic surgery or aesthetic setting is advantageous.
• Proficient with EMR systems and meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
• Obtain and document patient medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant information.
• Educate patients about procedures, post-care instructions, and skincare regimens.
• Manage patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and maintain medical records.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the patient experience.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

22MD and Spa are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our expanding surgical practice. The candidate will work with our experienced surgical staff and patient care coordinators to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care in the practice. The candidate will complement our exclusive team of body contouring specialists and elite medical spa providers to offer patients the opportunity to reach their goals no matter what type of beauty service they seek.

Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.

Requirements & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is a plus.
• Previous experience in plastic surgery or an aesthetic setting is a plus.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Meticulous documentation of patient care.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
• Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations.
• Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies.
• May require assisting patients in and out of exam or procedure rooms.
