Bosley HairClub in Paradise Valley, AZ is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant to support clinical providers in delivering hair restoration services. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures, and ensure a clean, safe environment while documenting vital signs and maintaining records.

You will coordinate appointments, support patient education, and contribute to a positive, respectful client experience alongside the clinical team.

Formación

• Proficiency in Medical Assisting including clinical support and procedure prep.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to hair restoration/cosmetic procedures.
• Experience in a medical office with scheduling, intake, and coordination of care.
• Compassionate patient care with attention to comfort, privacy, and safety.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records per regulations.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program; certification/registration preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and EHRs.
• Dermatology/cosmetic/hair restoration experience is beneficial but not required.

Role Description

The Medical Assistant role at Bosley in Paradise Valley, AZ is a full-time, on-site position supporting clinical providers in delivering hair restoration services. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting physicians and clinicians during procedures, and ensuring a clean, safe clinical environment. The Medical Assistant will greet and prepare clients for visits, obtain and document vital signs, maintain accurate medical records, and support follow-up care instructions. Additional duties may include coordinating appointments, managing supplies, supporting patient education on procedures and aftercare, and collaborating with the clinical team to promote a positive, respectful experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Medical Assisting, including clinical support, vital signs, and procedure preparation.
• Strong understanding of Medical Terminology relevant to hair restoration and cosmetic procedures.
• Experience in a Medical Office environment, including scheduling, patient intake, and coordination of care.
• Ability to provide compassionate, client-centered Patient Care with attention to comfort, privacy, and safety.
• Skill in maintaining accurate and confidential Medical Records in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program; certification or registration as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic health records.
• Previous experience in dermatology, cosmetic procedures, or hair restoration is beneficial but not required.
