Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent credential.
• Dermatology or aesthetics experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for dermatology exams and cosmetic procedures.
• Take vital signs, review medical histories, and update patient charts in the EHR.
• Assist providers with dermatology procedures (skin checks, biopsies, cryotherapy, sutures, aesthetics).
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection following safety protocols.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment; ensure readiness for patient care.
• Support front desk operations: phones and scheduling.
• Travel between assigned practice locations to provide coverage.
• Deliver a concierge-level patient experience from start to finish.
