ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant for its Fresh Meadows and Dyker Heights offices. The role welcomes and prepares patients, records medical histories, assists providers with examinations and procedures, performs basic laboratory testing, maintains sterile instruments and supplies, educates patients on medications, documents care, manages inventory, and follows HIPAA confidentiality requirements. Candidates need completion of a Medical Assistant program or certification such as CMA or RMA, or an alternative qualifying Biology degree, EMT certification, or five years of continuous Medical Assistant experience. Epic EMR experience and prior Medical Assistant experience are preferred. The position pays $23 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, FSA, 401(k), and pet insurance benefits.
