Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, invites you to join our dedicated Medical Assistant team at the Moundview Friendship Clinic in Ohio. You will greet patients warmly, document information, take vitals, and support clinical projects.

This full-time role offers a stable weekday schedule with no weekends, and a strong path for career growth within a caring, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program, Practical Nursing or Vocational Nursing program, or NCLEX-PN eligible.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with Medical Assistant Certification accepted.
• BLS for healthcare workers required; MA certification within 15 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to patients with a welcoming demeanor.
• Update patient information in charting systems.
• Take vitals as part of patient assessment.
• Assist with department project work and team initiatives.
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and managers to support patient health journeys.

What is available:

• 1.0 FTE, 80 hours bi-weekly

• Monday - Friday, Day Shifts

What you will do:

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients by greeting them with a warm and welcoming smile and setting the tone for their appointments

What you need:

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program, Practical Nursing program or Vocational Nurse program or have completed education to be eligible for NCLEX-PN

• Or

• High School Diploma or equivalency and attained a Medical Assistant Certification

• BLS for healthcare workers

• Medical Assistant Certification within 15 months of hire date.
