Job summary

Complete Healthcare for Women, Inc. is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support clinical and administrative needs in our medical office. You will work closely with physicians, staff, and patients to provide compassionate care while keeping the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, taking histories and vitals, preparing exam rooms, managing records, scheduling, and ensuring HIPAA/OSHA compliance. Experience with EHR and office software is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Medical Assistant or similar healthcare role preferred.
  • Ability to take and document vital signs and patient histories.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Professional, dependable, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality.
