Job summary

Ageless Men’s Health in Langhorne/Upper Dublin is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our clinic teams. This full-time, on-site position focuses on creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting both clinical and front office operations.

You will greet patients, take vitals, perform blood draws, assist with injections, and maintain EMR documentation. A Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant training or equivalent experience is required, with phlebotomy preference.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant training program (certification strongly preferred) or at least 1+ year of work experience as a Medical Assistant, Nurse Assistant, etc.
• Phlebotomy experience (preferred).
• Current or recent experience in a clinic or outpatient medical setting (preferred).
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday.
• EMR proficiency and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support front office operations including scheduling, answering phones, and processing payments.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | No nights, weekends, or on-call

What You’ll Do
