Job summary

ExperCARE is hiring a Medical Assistant in Huntsville to join our team of SUPERSTARS. We seek experienced, compassionate individuals who deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include triage, vital signs, EKGs, venipuncture, injections, and assisting during procedures, with education for patients and support for occupational medicine services. Certification or licensure is required or eligible; background check at hire.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability—days, evenings, and weekends.
• Certified or licensed (or eligible for certification/licensure).
• Ability to pass a background check at time of hire.
• Prior clinical experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage, vital signs, and patient history.
• Conduct EKGs and rapid lab testing.
• Perform venipuncture and administer injections.
• Assist providers with procedures and patient care.
• Manage patient call-backs and provide education.
• Set up and assist with sterile procedures.
• Maintain and stock exam rooms and supplies.
• Support occupational medicine services (drug screens, breath alcohol testing, etc.).
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered clinic environment.
