Crystal Springs is seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant in Assonet, MA to support children with complex medical needs. All that you need is:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Medical Assistant Certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Valid driver's license held for more than one year
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional standards
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
• Ability to complete required training and maintain certification
• Working knowledge of general environmental and safety policies/procedures with a particular focus on Pica safety
• Ability to assist residents and supervise staff with regard to medically related treatments
• Functional knowledge of computer skills and professional software
• Fluent in English
• Ability to lift at least 100 lbs. with another employee or lifting equipment

A current CNA certification a plus!

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR MEDICAL ASSISTANT?

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekends and no holidays required.

In this role, you'll coordinate appointments, manage medical records, monitor supplies, assist nursing staff with treatments and student care, obtain vital signs, communicate with families and providers, track compliance requirements, and help ensure the nursing department operates smoothly.
