Responsibilities

• Administer Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments, ensuring 10-120 minute treatment sessions as required.
• Provide care for several patients simultaneously by effectively collaborating with providers and other medical assistants.
• History records and insurance benefits analysis.
• Schedule recurring treatment sessions, ensuring they do not conflict with other patient or provider plans.
• Optimize clinic efficiency by managing appointment schedules and maintaining clear communication with the clinical team.
• Document and communicate updates to providers to support ongoing patient care.
• Monitor patients throughout treatments, ensuring their comfort and safety.
