Job summary

Frontier Dermatology on Mercer Island and Seattle Laurelhurst seeks a Dermatology Medical Assistant to support providers, room patients, and educate patients in a fast-paced dermatology clinic. The role requires WA-registered/ certified MA, HS diploma or GED, and 1–3 months healthcare experience. Excellent customer service and organization are essential for daily patient tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be certified or registered as a Medical Assistant by WA State Dept of Health.
• HS Diploma or GED; 1–3 months healthcare experience or trade school equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; duties include rooming patients, assisting providers in procedures, patient education, and daily tasks.
• Strong customer service skills; highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Position Details:

• Overview: Do you enjoy assisting providers in procedures, learning all about a specific specialty, and getting to do a variety of tasks? Join our team as a Dermatology Medical Assistant!
• Job Title: Medical Assistant
• Locations: Mercer Island and Seattle Laurelhurst
• Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 am-5:00 pm
• Wage Range MA: $23.00 – $31.00 hourly (Pay is dependent upon a combination of multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, transferable skills, business needs, and geographic market availability)

Washington Pay Range:

$25—$31 USD
