Job summary

Brain & Spine Center in Chandler, AZ is seeking a committed Medical Assistant for a full-time role in our neurology practice. You will work closely with providers, manage patient interactions, and contribute to a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with great communication skills and a team-first attitude. Compensation is between $19.00 and $22.00 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for growth within the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients for all providers.
• Administer cognitive tests, IM injections, buccal swabs, and EKGs.

• Perform administrative duties like scheduling appointments and faxing documents.

Medical Assistant – Neurology Practice

Brain and Spine Center, PLC – Chandler & Casa Grande, AZ

Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 7:45 – 4:45, 1 hour lunch.

Flexible pay based on experience.

About Us

We are a busy, close‑knit neurology practice with seven providers who rotate between our Chandler and Casa Grande offices. We are looking to welcome one Medical Assistant who wants to grow, learn, and be part of a team that truly has each other's backs.

As a medical assistant you will be assigned to one provider while also working collaboratively with other MAs to keep the clinic running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role in a specialty setting where no two days look the same.

Requirements: Must be willing to work from our Casa Grande location twice a week. Must have attended a medical assistant school. Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program (required).

The Role

• Rooming patients for all providers
• Administering cognitive tests, IM injections, buccal swabs, and EKGs
• Assisting providers with in‑office procedures (skin biopsies, trigger point injections, Botox)
• Administrative duties (25% of role)
  • Scanning and faxing documents
  • Making and answering phone calls
  • Appointment scheduling
• Takes initiative and closes the loop – you don't let things fall through the cracks.
• Reliability with a team‑first mindset.
• Medical assistant experience a plus.

Compensation

$19.00 – $22.00 per hour.
