Responsibilities

  • Prepare for patient visits and ensure records are up-to-date.
  • Maintain and stock exam rooms adhering to infection control standards.
  • Prepare patients for their visit and notify the physician when ready.
  • Greet patients, take vital signs, and document medical history.
  • Assist physicians during patient examinations.
  • Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness of the workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for patient visits: review and update patient records before face‑to‑face or Telehealth appointments, ensuring all recent test results and correspondence are up‑to‑date.
  • Maintain exam rooms: clean and stock exam rooms between patient visits, adhering to infection control standards.
  • Patient preparation: prepare patients for their visit and notify the physician or mid‑level provider when they are ready to be seen.
  • Initial medical screening: greet patients, take vital signs, and document basic medical history accurately.
  • Assist during exams: support physicians or mid‑level providers during patient examinations.
  • Efficient use of time: restock supplies, check inventory, and keep all areas clean and orderly.
Qualifications

Salary Range
