Job summary

Cathedral Medical Inc. is seeking an Experienced Medical Assistant for our established multi-specialty practice. Part-time or full-time position in a fast-paced environment, supporting patient intake, room preparation, and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities include phlebotomy, injections, EMR use, and exceptional patient service. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; a Medical Assistant diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience - 1 year preferred.
• Medical Assistant diploma is required.
• Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy and administer injections.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license and car.

Responsibilities

• Patient intake, answer patient inquiries, exam room preparation/maintenance/stocking.
• Filing proper visit paperwork and documentation.
• Blood draw/phlebotomy experience required or preferred.
• Experience with office software and EMR is a plus.
• Must be quick learner and able to multi-task.
• Weekend availability as needed.

Must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment

Job Description :

• Duties include, but are not limited to:


• Patient intake, answer patient inquiries, exam room preparation/maintanence/stocking, filing proper visit paperwork, etc.


• Blood Draw/Phlebotomy experience


• Experience with office computer software and electronic medical records considered a plus.


• Must be a quick learner and able to multi-task.


• Available to Work on weekends
