Employbridge in Carlsbad is seeking 2nd shift Mechanical Assemblers to assemble medical devices under a microscope in a cleanroom environment, using production and inspection tools and documenting results.

The position runs 2:30pm-11:00pm, pays $20-$23/hour, and offers temp-to-hire opportunities, weekly pay, health benefits, retirement plan, and support from a dedicated recruiter to assist with job searches and on-site work.

Formación

• High school or equivalent with two or more years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in low or high-volume production

Responsabilidades

• Assemble medical devices using a microscope and required tools for product builds.
• Operate tools, equipment and document as required.
• Set up equipment, run operations and in-process inspection.
• Label and package medical products.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble of medical devices using a microscope and use production/inspection tools and equipment needed for product builds
• Operate tools & equipment, and complete documentation as required
• Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection in order to accomplish assigned task(s).
• Labeling and packaging of medical products.

Education:

• High school or equivalent with two or more years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in low or high-volume production

Required Experience:

• Prior microscope and medical device assembly experience required
• Understand and perform in-process inspection to assure workmanship and quality of in-process medical devices.
