Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis Critical Care Medicine Fellowship seeks a Primary Care Patient Care MA to support Mercy Primary Care Providers in delivering safe, timely, and patient-centered care in a busy outpatient setting.

You will collaborate with patients and the care team, perform standard clinical tasks, and participate in MA Clinic Academy training, ensuring alignment with Mercy Service Standards and organizational values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.
• One year of experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, and patient-centered care.

• Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
