Integra LifeSciences Corp, Princeton, NJ, seeks a Medical Affairs Specialist to provide scientific, clinical, and operational support across the Tissue Reconstruction portfolio. Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or health sciences degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, DNP, PA-C, NP, RN or similar).
• 0–3 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, Clinical Research, healthcare, or related industry roles.
• Experience in medical devices, wound care, regenerative medicine, tissue reconstruction, surgical technologies, or related therapeutic areas preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate clinical literature and scientific data.
• Experience supporting scientific communications, publications, medical education, or medical information activities preferred.
• Familiarity with medical device regulatory and compliance environments.

Responsibilities

• Scientific and Medical Support: provide as a scientific resource for internal stakeholders; summarize literature, evidence, and competitive intelligence; monitor developments in tissue reconstruction and related areas; translate findings into practical insights.
• Medical Communications and Information: develop and review medical information materials and publications; assist in review of promotional and non-promotional materials; prepare abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and presentations.
• Evidence Generation and Clinical Support: support literature reviews, publication activities, and documentation coordination; assist with evidence review for planning and communication.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Regulatory, Clinical, R&D, Marketing, Education, Market Access, and Commercial teams; contribute scientific input and training materials.
• Operational Excellence: manage projects, maintain documentation and databases, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle multiple priorities.
