Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in New Jersey is seeking a Clinical Scientist to lead planning and execution of clinical evidence programs across the Tissue Reconstruction portfolio. You will contribute to study design, protocol development, data analysis, and interpretation of clinical and real-world data to support regulatory, medical, and market access objectives.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics, R&D, Marketing, Market Access, and external investigators

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline with relevant clinical development focus.
• Minimum of 3 years in clinical development, clinical research, medical affairs, or related evidence-generation functions.
• Experience with clinical studies, registries, RWE, or health economics preferred.
• Experience in medical devices/biotech industry desired.
• Strong background in biomaterials, tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, or related fields.
• Experience developing scientific communications (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, presentations).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical evidence strategies for Tissue Reconstruction products.
• Perform literature reviews and landscape analyses to guide evidence-generation priorities.
• Design studies, protocols, data collection tools, analysis plans, and study reports.
• Plan and execute clinical studies, registries, RWE, outcomes research, and claims-based research.
• Lead study workstreams with timelines, deliverables, and quality accountability.
• Synthesize clinical and real-world data to identify gaps and inform strategy.
• Contribute to scientific publications and conference presentations.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
