Job summary

The Swan Center For Plastic Surgery in Atlanta seeks a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage day‑to‑day financial accounting, compensation calculations, and reporting across multi‑revenue streams in a busy private practice.

You will collaborate with practice leadership, payroll/HR, and external auditors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely pay, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience; healthcare/plastic surgery or multi-location setting preferred.
• Experience calculating commissions, bonuses, and true-ups in compensation environments.
• CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for leadership.
• Manage AP/AR, vendor payments, and payroll/HR coordination.
• Oversee commission, bonus calculations, and true-ups across structures.
• Ensure internal controls and assist auditors with documentation.
