Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team in Bluffton, SC. You will work with clients to achieve skin health goals, introducing them to innovative wellness modalities and high-end esthetic services.

Responsibilities include consultations, performing treatments like microneedling and HydraFacials, building your client base, maintaining records, and selling services and products to grow the business.

Qualifications

• You’re a licensed esthetician.
• Experience or certification in the use of Body Sculpting, Microneedling and HydraFacial equipment - this is preferred, but not required.
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
• Experienced with consults and selling.
• You value ethics and integrity.
• You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultations and administer Body contouring and Tonings, DemaPen Microneedling, Neveskin Facials, HydraFacials and Circadia Oxygen Facials.
• Build and maintain your own client base.
• Maintain accurate records of each session.
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.
• Ensure all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Sell Restore’s esthetic services and retail products to existing and new clients.
• Cross-sell other Restore modalities that may enhance esthetic services.
• Maintain an inventory and order esthetic supplies when needed.
• Educate clients on Restore modalities and products that support and enhance their experience.
• Assist with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.
