Restore Hyper Wellness in Sarasota-UTC is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team of wellness professionals, helping clients achieve skin health goals and learn about our innovative modalities.

This full-time esthetician role focuses on delivering high-quality care, educating clients, and contributing to the store’s success using state-of-the-art technology and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician with skincare expertise.
• Experience with Neveskin or Cryoskin is preferred.
• Experience with Hydrafacial is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultations and administer esthetic treatments (Neveskin, Hydrafacial, Oxygen Facials, and other facial services).
• Provide peels and advanced facial treatments per Restore protocols.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for each client session.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments professionally.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform consultations and administer esthetic treatments including Neveskin (formerly Cryoskin), Hydrafacial, Oxygen Facials, and other facial services
• Provide peels and advanced facial treatments in accordance with Restore's protocols and standards
• Build and maintain a strong, loyal client base through exceptional service and personalized care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each client session
• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments with professionalism and efficiency
• Ensure treatment rooms and esthetic equipment are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained at all times
• Promote and sell Restore’s esthetic services to new and existing clients
• Cross-sell additional Restore wellness modalities that complement esthetic services to enhance overall client outcomes
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for esthetic supplies as needed
• Educate clients on Restore’s products and services that support their skincare goals and overall wellness journey
• Support daily store operations, including greeting customers, answering phones, giving tours, processing sales using the POS system, operating wellness equipment, and light cleaning duties

Qualities You Need to Succeed as a Restore Esthetician

• You’re a licensed esthetician
• You’re experienced or certified in the use of Neveskin (Formerly known as Cryoskin) equipment - this is preferred, but not required.
• You’re experienced or certified in the use of Hydrafacial equipment - this is preferred, but not required
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
• You value ethics and integrity.
• You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.

• A competitive base salary starting at $16.50 - $19.00 per hour, total compensation including bonuses targets $30.00-$40.00+ per hour
