Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team of wellness professionals in a client-focused role. You will work with clients to achieve skin health goals using Cryoskin and related modalities, while introducing them to our innovative wellness approaches.

This position offers growth opportunities with state-of-the-art technology and a fun, wellness-oriented work environment. You will build your client base, manage appointments, and contribute to a high-quality customer

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician with current license.
• Cryoskin equipment experience or certification preferred but not required.
• Hydrafacial equipment experience or certification preferred but not required.
• Dermaplane and microneedling certifications preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Value ethics and integrity.
• Passion for helping people look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultations and administer Cryoskin and other esthetic services.
• Build and maintain your own client base.
• Maintain accurate records of each session.
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.
• Ensure all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Sell Restore’s esthetic services to existing and new clients.
• Cross-sell other Restore modalities that may enhance esthetic services.
• Maintain inventory and order esthetic supplies as needed.
• Educate clients on Restore modalities and products to support their experience.
• Assist with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, POS checkout, operating wellness equipment, and light cleaning.

Qualifications

• You’re a licensed esthetician.
• You’re experienced or certified in the use of Cryoskin equipment - this is preferred, but not required.
• You’re experienced or certified in the use of Hydrafacial equipment - this is preferred, but not required
• You're certified in dermaplane and microneedling - this is preferred, but not required
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
• You value ethics and integrity.
• You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.
