We are looking for a dedicated and talented Full-Time Aesthetician to become part of our team. In this essential role, you will perform a range of treatments from Clinical Facials, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Waxing, Scition Photofacial Treatments, and so much more!

Requirements

• Graduate of a Licensed Medical Aesthetician Program and possess an aesthetics license in the state of VA is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aesthetics
• Demonstrate a strong foundation in performing core medical aesthetic services, including Clinical facials, Lasers (Laser Hair Removal, Sciton Moxi Skin Rejuvenation, Sciton BBL Photofacial), Microneedling, Waxing, and Chemical Peels.
• Exhibit an eagerness to learn and offer new and innovative services to meet the evolving needs of our patients.
• Demonstrate proactivity during periods of downtime
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in medical aesthetics through ongoing education and professional development.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate client records
• Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Works collaboratively as part of a team.
• Respectful towards patients and co-workers. Empathetic to patient needs and concerns.
• Excellent customer service and consultative skills
• Knowledge of electronic health records and thorough documentation skills
• Laser experience preferred
  
  

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class medical aesthetic treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
• Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies
• Achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly individual service goals.
• Willingness to promote services on personal and professional media platforms
• Engage in community-driven marketing events
