American IV is seeking a skincare professional to perform advanced clinical treatments and manage comprehensive skin consultations.

You will educate clients on care plans, maintain hygienic treatment spaces, and foster guest satisfaction to encourage ongoing skincare programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and laser treatments when permitted
• Follow treatment protocols and safety procedures
• Maintain proper sanitation and infection control standards
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are prepared for each service
• Deliver treatments within the appropriate service time
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations
• Analyze skin conditions and concerns
• Develop customized treatment plans
• Recommend home care products and routines
• Educate clients on treatment expectations and long-term care
• Provide a warm and professional guest experience
• Build strong relationships with guests
• Encourage repeat visits and long-term skincare programs
• Ensure client comfort and satisfaction during treatments
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and organization
• Assist with laundry and treatment room preparation
• Maintain treatment suite inventory
• Complete daily cleaning and sanitation checklists
