Job summary

SHarper Surgery is seeking a talented Medical Aesthetician in Indiana to deliver personalized skincare services, including Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and other treatments within licensure.

You will educate clients on skincare, upsell appropriate services and products, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with physicians and front-office staff to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Current and active Aesthetician license in Indiana.
• Experience in a medical spa or plastic surgery setting preferred.
• Sales or retail experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized skincare services based on client needs and goals.
• Perform Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, peels within licensure.
• Educate clients on recommended treatments and products.
• Proactively upsell treatments, packages, memberships, and skincare products.

SHarper Plastic Surgery, one of our most recent partners, is seeking a talented, professional, self-motivated, and results-driven Medical Aesthetician to join our growing aesthetic team. Our practice combines medical expertise with advanced aesthetic treatments to provide personalized care and natural-looking results.

This position is ideal for an Aesthetician who is both service-oriented and sales-minded, enjoys building a loyal clientele, and takes personal ownership of their success.

Responsibilities:

• - Provide exceptional, personalized skincare services based on each client's individual needs and treatment goals.
• - Perform advanced facial and skincare treatments, including Hydrafacial, Glo2Facial, dermaplaning, micropeels, chemical peels, and other services within the scope of licensure and training.
• - Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client's concerns, goals, and desired results.
• - Develop customized treatment plans and confidently educate clients on recommended services.
• - Proactively recommend and sell appropriate treatments, packages, memberships, and medical-grade skincare products.
• - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recognizing additional services or products that can enhance a client's results.
• - Educate clients on the benefits of recommended treatments and products without using high-pressure sales tactics.
• - Build and maintain a strong personal clientele through exceptional service, follow-up, relationship building, and client retention.
• - Take ownership of individual sales performance, treatment bookings, retail sales, rebooking, and client retention goals.
• - Consistently work toward and achieve established revenue and performance goals.
• - Follow up with clients regarding recommended treatments, skincare routines, and future appointments.
• - Encourage clients to maintain consistent treatment schedules and long-term skincare plans.
• - Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records.
• - Follow all safety, sanitation, sterilization, and regulatory requirements.
• - Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment room.
• - Work collaboratively with physicians, injectors, laser specialists, aestheticians, and the front-office team.
• - Stay educated on new treatments, products, technologies, promotions, and industry trends.
• - Participate in ongoing training and education.
• - Represent SHarper Surgery with professionalism, confidence, enthusiasm, and integrity.

Qualifications:

• - Current and active Aesthetician license in the State of Indiana.
• - Previous experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery practice, dermatology office, or high-end spa environment preferred.
• - Previous sales or retail experience strongly preferred.
• - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• - Strong knowledge of skincare, skin types, contraindications, and professional skincare products.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Confident, outgoing, and comfortable with consultative selling.
• - Strong ability to educate clients and make appropriate recommendations.
• - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
• - Professional, dependable, organized, and accountable.
• - Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety.
• - Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time role, with a rotating schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
