Job summary

SHarper Surgery in Indiana is seeking a Medical Aesthetician to join our growing aesthetic team. You will provide advanced skincare services, consult with clients, and build a loyal clientele.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, sales-minded, and comfortable with upselling appropriate treatments and products, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and client care. This full-time role offers a rotating Tue–Sat schedule, competitive compensation with commissions, 401(k) matching,

Qualifications

• Current and active Indiana aesthetician license.
• Experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or high-end spa preferred.
• Sales or retail experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and professional skincare products.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized skincare services based on client needs and goals.
• Perform advanced facial treatments (Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, etc.).
• Conduct thorough consultations and educate clients on recommended services.
• Develop customized treatment plans and upsell appropriate services and products.

• Manage client records and follow up on treatments and routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, injectors, laser specialists, and front-office team.

SHarper Plastic Surgery, one of our most recent partners, is seeking a talented, professional, self-motivated, and results-driven Medical Aesthetician to join our growing aesthetic team. Our practice combines medical expertise with advanced aesthetic treatments to provide personalized care and natural-looking results.

The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, highly motivated to grow their business, and understands that exceptional client care includes identifying opportunities to recommend additional treatments, products, and services that genuinely benefit each client.

This position is ideal for an Aesthetician who is both service-oriented and sales-minded, enjoys building a loyal clientele, and takes personal ownership of their success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized skincare services based on each client's individual needs and treatment goals.
• Perform advanced facial and skincare treatments, including Hydrafacial, Glo2Facial, dermaplaning, micropeels, chemical peels, and other services within the scope of licensure and training.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client's concerns, goals, and desired results.
• Develop customized treatment plans and confidently educate clients on recommended services.
• Proactively recommend and sell appropriate treatments, packages, memberships, and medical-grade skincare products.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recognizing additional services or products that can enhance a client's results.
• Educate clients on the benefits of recommended treatments and products without using high-pressure sales tactics.
• Build and maintain a strong personal clientele through exceptional service, follow-up, relationship building, and client retention.
• Take ownership of individual sales performance, treatment bookings, retail sales, rebooking, and client retention goals.
• Consistently work toward and achieve established revenue and performance goals.
• Follow up with clients regarding recommended treatments, skincare routines, and future appointments.
• Encourage clients to maintain consistent treatment schedules and long-term skincare plans.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, sterilization, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment room.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, injectors, laser specialists, aestheticians, and the front-office team.
• Stay educated on new treatments, products, technologies, promotions, and industry trends.
• Participate in ongoing training and education.
• Represent SHarper Surgery with professionalism, confidence, enthusiasm, and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Aesthetician license in the State of Indiana.
• Previous experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery practice, dermatology office, or high-end spa environment preferred.
• Previous sales or retail experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, skin types, contraindications, and professional skincare products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable with consultative selling.
• Strong ability to educate clients and make appropriate recommendations.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time role, with a rotating schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
