Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with active RN license at hire.
• 2+ years in hospital or community settings.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Able to interpret federal/state regulations and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Determine Medicaid Waiver eligibility and ensure documentation aligns with DDS regulations.
• Review records, update CDER, and file Consumer Choice forms.
• Process referrals for Institutional Deeming and track with Case Manager.
• Perform annual recertifications and terminations when needed.
• Support audits and educate staff on Medicaid Waiver program changes.
