Job summary

CVS Health Corporation, through its Aetna subsidiary, seeks a Manager, Medicaid Value-Based Care Analytics to support Medicaid VBC partnerships and advance our strategy. This remote, full‑time role collaborates with Network, Health Plan and Value‑Based Care teams to optimize provider arrangements and drive measurable improvements in quality and cost.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare analytics, finance or value-based care.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and executing SQL queries in modern data platforms.
• Ability to convey complex findings to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze provider, claims, financial and operational data to support VBC negotiations and renewals.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, dashboards and analytic models.
• Support administration and management of value-based care agreements and reconciliations.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve provider performance and contract effectiveness.
• Translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
