Job summary

For People is seeking a Product Manager for a 6-month federal contract to support a CMS project. This role is 100% remote within the United States and requires the ability to pass a government background check.

You will own the product backlog, translate ambiguous policy needs into a clear roadmap, and lead discovery with government stakeholders to ensure delivery of a valuable, user-centered platform for federal staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar on complex software projects.
• Ability to translate policy needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong backlog ownership and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities
