Job summary

State of Idaho’s Bureau of Medicaid Enterprise Systems is seeking a Program Manager based in Boise to oversee Medicaid systems operations. You will lead vendor oversight, contract management, service desk ticket handling, and coordinate with auditors to complete mandatory tasks.

Ideal candidates have experience in medical claims systems or billing, staff supervision, and strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. This role is on-site in Boise with comprehensive compensation.

• Experience managing a major program and leading professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Medicaid systems operational needs including vendor management and project management.
• Manage contracts, service desk tickets, and SLA oversight with vendors.
• Coordinate audits with Federal and State auditors and ensure compliance.
