Job summary

JSM Consulting Inc. is seeking a QA Analyst to review and assist in testing requirements and develop test plans for WMS system changes.

You will create and implement user acceptance and regression tests, define user requirements, and produce documentation reflecting organizational changes. Role involves researching and testing system solutions, creating ad hoc reports from multiple databases, and coordinating activities among SMEs, policy staff, and business owners to ensure clear understanding

Qualifications

• 60 months experience creating reports/analyzes using Tableau, MS Access, Cognos, Power BI or similar tools.
• 60 months experience querying/analyzing data using PL/SQL, SQL, Python or similar tools.
• 18 months experience working with business and system stakeholders to create robust test plans/test cases for web applications.
• 18 months of working experience in creating, managing and executing functional and regression test scripts
• 18 months of working experience in performing application testing based on written test scripts, documenting, tracking and communicating defects utilizing JSM/JIRA or similar tool
• 12 months help desk related experience including documenting, trouble shooting, and resolving reported software issues
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related majors

Responsibilities

• Review and assist in development of testing requirements and test plans
• Create and implement user acceptance and regression testing for WMS System Changes and MECM implementation;
• Define user requirements;
• Create documentation to support projects and reflect organizational change;
• Research, propose, and test systems solutions to identified user and systems issues;
• Create ad hoc reports utilizing various databases to support analysis and reporting for internal and external customers
• Assist in defining process improvement through the identification of policy, process and systems gaps;
• Coordinate project activities and the resolution of action items for multiple stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate meetings between SMEs, policy development staff, and business owners to ensure mutual understanding of requirements
