Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C. is seeking a Medicaid Paralegal to join our firm in a fast-paced environment where organization and attention to detail are essential.

The role supports attorneys with Medicaid applications for institutional and community-based care, while maintaining case deadlines and client documentation. The ideal candidate will handle multi-tasking under Medicaid deadlines, interact with families, and be proficient in Word and Time Matters in a team-focused, full-time 35-hour

Qualifications

• Two (2) years' experience in the preparation and filing of Institutional applications and Community-Based Home Care applications.
• Knowledge of Income and Resource guidelines, Promissory Notes and Manage Long Term Care Agency procedures
• The ability to interact with families that pertain to Medicaid application process
• The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to adhere to Medicaid deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Proficient in Time Matters
• Must be a team player
• Full Time role - 35 hr work week
