Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with Medicaid and ODMHSAS eligibility, billing, and authorizations in outpatient behavioral health.
• Experience with Medicare and other third-party billings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and complete assigned reports using the EHR system, Report Manager, and PICIS.
• Ensure accuracy of data submitted to guarantors and state agencies by reviewing client information in the EHR.
• Collaborate with agency staff and outside entities to correct errors and resolve issues.
• Execute tasks following departmental processes and meet department goals.
• Review clinicians' daily billing reports for accuracy.
• Recommend updates or process improvements to capture billing timely.
