Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) seeks a Government Operations Consultant III to oversee Medicaid-related contracts and coordinate service delivery within the PMO. You will lead contract management efforts, ensuring timeliness and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes program planning, operational guidance, and liaison activities for managed care programs, including SMMC and D-SNP, located in Florida.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic management principles.
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods.
• Knowledge of health care facilities, operations and management.
• Knowledge of state procurement laws and contract management policies/procedures.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database software as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a consultative program to resolve managerial and operational problems.
• Determine work priorities and ensure completion of assignments.
• Communicate effectively and build working relationships as a team member.
• Assess budgetary needs and formulate policies and procedures.
• Understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
