Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related community health/corporate affairs professional experience.
• In-state travel is required.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based approaches for community health improvement initiatives and programs with the goal of improving the health of BCBSMN members, Minnesotans, and their communities.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning and take plans from conceptualization through implementation; develop and update project plans, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating multiple sub-processes.
• Manages vendor contracts and project budgets.
• Develop partnerships and collaborate with partners across sectors, including public health agencies and community organizations.
