Job summary

Florida Agency for Health Care Administration is seeking an OPS Senior Clerk for a full-time role with standard Monday–Friday hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position offers $16.00 per hour and is non-negotiable, with no travel required.

The role supports the Medicaid Program Integrity unit by handling mail, answering calls, and assisting with investigations-related administrative duties. Fluency in handling bi-lingual workloads (Spanish/Creole) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Preference given to candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answering and returning phone calls on behalf of office employees.
• Taking and ensuring messages are accurate and communicated to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner.
• Receiving mail and additional complaint documents and forwarding to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with team members on projects and assignments.
• This position serves a large population of Spanish/Creole speaking customers and employee may be required to perform interpreter duties, if bi-lingual.
